1、選用抗靜電劑對(duì)織物進(jìn)行樹脂整理。用抗靜電劑對(duì)織物進(jìn)行樹脂整理，經(jīng)過浸軋、焙烘而粘附在合成纖維織物的表面，使織物具有一定的抗靜電效果。這種方法現(xiàn)在只用于民用服裝以克服衣服纏身、火花放電、污染吸灰等靜電現(xiàn)象。

1. Use anti-static agents for resin finishing of fabrics. 2、在滌綸或錦綸聚合物的內(nèi)部添加抗靜電劑，如磷酸脂、磺酸鹽等表面活性劑或引入第三單體以取得耐久性抗靜電纖維。由于添加劑的抗靜電劑大多數(shù)是遇堿會(huì)起反應(yīng)或分解的表面活性劑，因此在織物整理或洗滌時(shí)忌用堿性洗滌劑，以防止影響抗靜電效果，這種纖維適宜作無塵服、無菌衣，也可用于民用服裝等。

2. Add anti-static agents such as phosphoric acid esters, sulfonates, and other surfactants or introduce third monomers inside polyester or nylon polymers to obtain durable anti-static fibers. Due to the fact that most of the anti-static agents used in additives are surfactants that react or decompose when exposed to alkali, alkaline detergents should be avoided during fabric finishing or washing to prevent affecting the anti-static effect. This fiber is suitable for use as dust-free clothing, sterile clothing, and can also be used for civilian clothing.

3、在普通織物中混入導(dǎo)電纖維。在普通織物中混入導(dǎo)電纖維，這種防靜電織物由于不受所在環(huán)境的影響，現(xiàn)已普遍被接受和認(rèn)可。這種防靜電織物的抗靜電性能與導(dǎo)電纖維的種類和導(dǎo)電成分(金屬、石墨、炭黑等)在纖維中的分部情況，又分為幾種不同類型。其中含有炭黑、石墨等導(dǎo)電成分的其它復(fù)合型導(dǎo)電纖維可以直接用于織造的長(zhǎng)絲，經(jīng)紗中每隔一定間距(如1.5 cm左右)嵌入一根導(dǎo)電長(zhǎng)絲，即可獲得很好的抗靜電效果，是目前用來織造防靜電工作服面料的導(dǎo)電纖維。

3. Mixing conductive fibers into ordinary fabrics. Mixing conductive fibers into ordinary fabrics, this anti-static fabric is widely accepted and recognized because it is not affected by the environment it is in. The anti-static performance of this anti-static fabric is divided into several different types based on the type of conductive fibers and the distribution of conductive components (metal, graphite, carbon black, etc.) in the fibers.
