定制的無(wú)菌工作服的清洗：

　　1.每周一，操作人員會(huì)將更換后的無(wú)菌工作服連同專用的清潔儲(chǔ)物袋一起，用密閉的不銹鋼容器帶出更衣室，送到室。

　　6.11萬(wàn)級(jí)無(wú)菌工作服在使用時(shí)，應(yīng)進(jìn)行。洗衣工將內(nèi)部裝有無(wú)菌工作服的耐高溫布袋放入密封袋中，通過(guò)傳送窗傳送到十萬(wàn)級(jí)洗烘瓶室。操作人員用純蒸汽在121℃下30分鐘。

　　Grade 61100 sterile workwear should be disinfected during use. The laundry worker places the high-temperature resistant cloth bag containing sterile work clothes inside into a sealed bag and transports it through the transfer window to the 100000 level washing and drying bottle disinfection room. The disinfection operator disinfects with pure steam at 121 ℃ for 30 minutes.

　　6.2洗衣工按《人員進(jìn)入無(wú)菌潔凈室(區(qū))凈化規(guī)程》進(jìn)入室，取出器內(nèi)已的無(wú)菌物品，存放在無(wú)菌區(qū)更衣室內(nèi)保管。

　　8.注意事項(xiàng)：無(wú)菌工作服的清洗整理應(yīng)在上午完成，以免與下午清洗容器重疊。

　　潔凈區(qū)有穿不是潔凈服的人，潔凈服應(yīng)在相應(yīng)等級(jí)的潔凈環(huán)境中定期清洗烘干。

　　If there are people wearing non clean clothes in the clean area, the clean clothes should be regularly cleaned and dried in a clean environment of the corresponding level.

　　工人不允許帶回家，在戶外晾干。同時(shí)還考慮了水質(zhì)對(duì)潔凈服清潔效果的影響。對(duì)于水質(zhì)差、水質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定、含鹽、機(jī)械雜質(zhì)、微生物高的水，不能直接用于清洗潔凈服。清洗潔凈工作服應(yīng)使用純凈水。

　　Workers' work clothes should be disinfected with ultraviolet light once a day after work, instead of being stored in the same place as daily clothing. UV lamp disinfection for 30 minutes, machine disinfection: pressure steam disinfection at 121 ℃ for 30 minutes.
